Terms & Conditions

For starters…

  • You will need to know how to use a FTP program since all uploading of your site will be through FTP only. No control panel or whatsoever
  • You must already have a site up and running on a free host and are looking for hosting with no ads to move their site to. I will not comply to those who already have a subdomain account with other hostings but still looking and requesting for an account from me.
  • You have interest to use Wordpress or any other CMS/Weblog engine to power your site
  • You must update your site at least once a month, I refuse to host inactive site

You will receive

  • A subdomain name – (desired name).gempax.net
  • An email address (desired name)@gempax.net which will be forwarded to your primary email (upon request)
  • 200MB of storage
  • Bandwidth will not be allocated (I will monitor the bandwidth usage weekly)
  • Access to PHP and MySQL
  • Access to FTP

Site must not

  • Contain porn, hentai, or anything obscene, explicit or any related materials whatsoever
  • Be a commercial site
  • Allow direct linking from my server in other words, hotlinking stuff right from my server
  • Display ads of any kind for income purposes, including google ads and paid banner ads You are allowed to place ads in your site, with the condition of donating only a partial of the income you gained from the ads placement, to the owner in order to maintain the domain name and site annually
  • Upload *.mp3, *.wma, or other audio and video type of files for means to download. You can however use radio.blog or any other streaming player*
  • Be used as a storage device to store your images/mp3/rbs/zip/rar or any other kind of file without the actual page itself

Miscellaneous

  • Application forms will be processed manually, so in the meantime please bear for a reply from me
  • Please avoid from breaking the simple rules or I will be forced to remove your site from my server

*You will be notified if your site is hogging too much resource or bandwidth that might affect other hostees, or my own site.
