Can’t access my broadband these past few days, dunno what happened, when I want to dial, it kept returning “Error 734: The PPP Link Control Protocol was terminated” message. Before this I left my PC online for 5 days, and the next day before going to work decided to give it a rest. But by the time I returned back at night time this problem occurred. Have called the TM guys and tried every possible procedure that they have in mind but the result was still the same. In the end they thought it was the modem’s problem and told me to bring it for a test at a computer shop. Well for sure they (the guys from the computer shop) would said to just go change and buy for a new one, there…simple solution…what purpose for testing maa???
The problem is, the modem is still working, all the light indicators are on and A OK, and my PC still can detect the hardware without any problems. So I thought the idea of buying a new one would be a waste of my effort, time and money if the problem still happens. So guys, mind lending me your modem for a little bit while? just to test whether the real problem comes from my modem or not?
p/s: will not online every night like before, even if I’m online it will be in a dial up mode … warghh *serabut!!!

azmie.. tadi ada org customer center call aku (pasal aku wat report line fon aku problem).. pastu aku tanye skali problem ko… dia kate, dia akan reset port kat rumah ko jap lagi..
kalau tak ok gak,… dia soh ko call 100… nanti dia akan update.. kalau dia tak assign sape2 gak.. mmg nak kena dorg tu.. :-w

Azmie, saye encountered streamyx down on last saturday after 5pm. ingatkan modem saye ade problem, suddenly disconnected during play on9 game.
saye reset modem setting, re-configure it. same problem, so cal streamyx helpdesk.. really suck thier service, somemore ask noob questions.. :-w
line ok balik at next day morning, dunno wat time..

hurm… biasa ler tuh, early in this month streamyx prob sebab dorang reset main gateway ler…. sy sampai 1 minggu lebih tak dapat connect…. sempat juga merasa 2 phase…

malam tadi dpt gak connection (menunjukkan yg bukan salah pc ataupn modem aku x( !) setelah fed-up, frust, dan bengangnya aku bertubi2 tekan butang enter walaupn asek kuar error 734 dan bermacam2 error yg lain seperti 678, 619, disconnected, 736 dan macam2 lagi message ler…l-)
tapi connection lembab cam sial…dan utk menyakitkan hati aku lagi, aku biar jer on sepanjang malam dan juga aku biarkan on sebelum gerak ker tempat keje…bukan aper kalu aku redial balik mesti tak dpt nyer…kuar msg cam sebelum ni gak…
malam ni nk tgk camner, disconnect ker, still lembab or aper2 lagi sebarang kemungkinan…yg penting aku dah bengang giler…ngan technician yg malas tanak angkat tepon biler aku call, kata ader dtg rumah aku tapi takder orang…mmg ler takder org aku kt tempat keje lar bengong! lenkali nak dtg tepon ler aku dulu…jgn main datang ajer…warghh…~X(

ahh.apa benda masalah dengan streamyx nie?rupanya ramai jugak dah fed-up.aku pun ada problem jugak.dah tukar modem.panggil kontraktor pun.still problem 2.
patut aku call centre oprtor dia kata,sori tak dapek nak tolong.banyak panggilan.
