Following the accident case dated on the 28th August last month, the car (kancil) has been sent to the accident claim workshop on the same day right after making the police report and after about 9 days the car has been fixed 100% and now in pretty good condition. Good job on repairing the car, restoring it to the state as the car had never met with an accident before =d>
Went again to the Jalan Bandar Police Station not so early in the morning today, the sergeant handling the case called and told me to come the day before for an oral statement (well basically, he writes the report according to what I say). And also he had called for the driver of the other car (yes, the beemer, and the MFBAD), I believed it was yesterday, according to what the sergeant said, and ordered him (the MFBAD!!) to lodge a report (after quite a long time, the MFBAD actually haven’t lodged any report!!)
Now, here’s the part that irritates me much!, the sergeant told me that the MFBAD reported he was driving the Beemer and suddenly a small car, he believed a Kancil runned over from behind. He intended (yes, focusing the word “intended“) to stop and asked me why I did that and when he looked by his rear view mirror, he saw my angry terror face, and believed I wanted to hijack his car, so he didn’t stop and thus flee from the scene. Another reason he also said that he was in the way to an urgent meeting (where precisely I didn’t know). That’s all, simple as that. He didn’t mentioned about the incident happened before at the toll area, and the part he purposely hit my car by reversing his vehicle.
Then the sergeant said that there appears to be a conflict in both of our reports, non of the stories match with each other and didn’t know which one tells the truth or lies. And yeah I didn’t blame him cause he actually didn’t know what actually happened, unless he was himself was there at the accident scene, well that should make things go way more easier. :-< Furthermore, he also wondered how the condition of the Beemer is not that worse compared to the Kancil (for more info visit HERE). Well I said, the Beemer of course is big and have a tough body structure and the Kancil is easy to be wrecked (like a MILO tin, as most of people claimed), and on that time during the accident, while the Beemer pushed my car backwards, on that moment, all that I can view are only the bumper section of the car (the brake lights and also the plate number, that’s why I could memorize it!) And thus also explains the quite heavy-wrecked on the upper part of the right rear door.
At the end of the meeting the sergeant said that he will visit the accident scene to understand more about the situation and will call both of us (me and the MFBAD) sometime in the future. And yeah further investigation needs to be done too. Well let’s hope that I will not punch his face or something…considering on how he twisted the accident scene story…patience…patience…:|
