tested my broadband connection speed, FYI, I applied for an upgrade from 384 to 1Mbps speed since in the early of January this year, and only now they upgraded it. (realized there were slightly increase of the amount from the bill statement, so I guessed they have upgraded it) :-W …tested at this site, testmy.net, and the following were the results…

Validation Link:: http://testmy.net/stats/id-K6GQPSC54FYI again, this was done at 0600 hours this morning, yeah seems the result were somewhat non satisfaction, I applied for 1Mbps package, and I get only half of the actual speed…and the upload part also was not good…but the worse part has yet to come…wait till the night time comes…the connection will be totally, absolutely sucks! I’m using the bitcomet software to download animes, and the download rate was always, constant 0KB/s…and this will usually continues till dawn at about 4-5am. :-l
One more thing, also run the same test from TM’s website…
Find it hard to believe…on one site it says only 5++Kbps, but on another one about 8++Kbps…which one is true I guess?

walau eh..u get tht fast ar? mine been on the 1MB plan for 2 years edi and now only i see an increase in speed. just did the connection test…

tak yah la cite 100Mb. Dkt AU bleh dpt 10Mb dalam RM60 Sebulan.
Lagipun dkt sana dah ada teknologi ADSL2. bleh download file 700MB dlm 5 minit.
Apa-apa pun streamyx mmg slow sbb every copper cable belh run 2.5GBps jadi kalo dah kongsi satu node dkt 1000 orang jgn cite la nak dpt full speed

Biasa ler tu, streamyx kan mmg camtu.. dimana saje ade je orang complain coz tak dapat speed yang sepatutnya. Macam tradisi pulak.. huhu.. anyway setakat ni aku berpuas hati ler ngan streamyx ni*, of couse la kalao bole nak 100mbps tapi tu lain citer la kan.
*pasal bole dapat 90KB/s torrent and 110KB/s direct download kat tempat aku
